so i hit 2k rating in M+ on my alt and didnt get my xtra charge ethereal voidsplinter is it 1 charge for all toon or for each after getting 2k rating

You should’ve gotten a voidsplinter to use that grants the extra charge.

Well i didnt get any extra charge…i try to open a ticket but its not working i will try again later

Did you use the item?

There should be an item that needs to be opened in your bags after hitting 2k. Once you open the item, this unlocks the additional charge.

It’s only for the character that you earned 2k on, not your whole account. There should be an item in your bags you need to use to grant it.
