I did the Hinterlands Incursions quests yesterday. I went to do them today and they are not available. I thought these were daily, why are they not showing up?
i think they stop showing up once your lvl 53 if im not mistaken and then theres just turn in for the gathering quests for rep

Valthek is correct. They stop showing up once you hit lv53.
Either you outleveled them (53), or it was too early in the day and daily quests hadn’t reset yet.
