About us:
- Unconventional is a newly formed guild of mostly returning players making steady progress through Mythic Ny’alotha, despite starting late into the tier. We have many exceptional raiders, some of which have top 100 world experience from MoP, WoD, Legion, and BFA. Our main goal as a guild is to push for respectable Cutting Edge world rankings in Shadowlands, although we still want to finish out the tier and kill N’zoth as quickly as possible. With that in mind, it’s in our best interest to bolster our roster by replacing our under performers. While we try to maintain a calm environment during raids, we still take progression seriously. Mistakes happen, but consistent performance issues without any foreseeable improvement is not tolerated and will result in the player being either benched or removed from the raid team for the sake of everyone else’s patience and time. If a player has a healthy mindset and is attempting to improve, we will absolutely offer further chances to trial against others currently on the team. We try to keep our roster competitive to ensure everyone is putting in an adequate amount of effort to improve their game.
- Aside from raid, we have a healthy group of mythic+ runners both in and out of the raid team who enjoy pushing high keys. Additionally, we do our best to have a healthy atmosphere for the goal of being a team orientated guild.
Currently Recruiting
- Looking currently at 1 more very strong healer that is willing to earn a spot since we run a very competitive roster, and make decisions based on skill and comp when in progression.
Anyone that considers themselves a good player with LOGS to back it up are always welcome no matter the role also.
Progression
- 10/12 Mythic, Finished Ilgy with less than 100 pulls and also got Cara to phase 3 after 15 attempts.
Requirements
We are only looking at applicants who are already very experienced players with logs to show it, or the kind of player that is the top in their guild that is looking to leave their guild and push themselves.
