I like Highmountain personally.
Their forms are clean and look great (flight form is gorgeous).
Zandalari are a fine bunch, but only if you want that dinosaur Aesthetic. It looks a little goofy I think.
Highmountain jokes are funnier too.
i went with zandalari for the boomkin form but honestly they’re both S-tier druid choices

see, my issue is i like both of them’s druid forms.
highmountain travel, flight, cat, and bear are awesome, but their moonkin-form and bulky normal-bodies kinda ruin’em for me.
meanwhile, zandalari look great in transmogs, and their moonkin form is great, but their other forms are just… awkard to me. like, cat is too scrawny, bear is too bulky, and the travel-ones are just… ehh…
it’s quite the pickle.
You can change the cat, bear and travel forms to legion type ones.
That way best of both worlds?

yeah, but then they’re just… ‘not right’. it’s hard to word… i never use those appearances cause they look like they should be stronger, but they are’nt. messes with my head.
also, i had’nt thought of that…

that definitely IS a reason i have’nt decided between the two races yet. 
I think there both great but the moose Druid wins, unless you’re wanting the dinosaur look.
Not a huge fan of the zandalari forms, so I’d say HM Tauren.
Though Darkspear Troll is the best choice… Obviously.

Highmountain was OK – I ended up race changing my druid to Z Troll because I couldn’t stand the female HM Tauren voice. u_u’
With this then I’d go with Ztroll and go farm some Legion artifact appearances to mess with the forms you don’t like. Moonkin can only be changed with glyph of stars.

To be fair…
It’s the moonkin form I have an issue with, which can be changed to the astral form I guess.
Still, Darkspears have one of the best DPS racials.
Though I must say, I’m pretty happy with my Zandalari Pally.
