Highmountain or orc for pvp/pve enhancement

Currently playing an orc enhance for reduced stuns but really interested in the flat versatility and charge stun for pvp. Is it worth it or does orc just out way any other pvp option?

93 2.4k+ horde enhance shaman

90 are orc
0 are highmountain

So your saying…theres not a chance .

If you want the mobility of the charge, go Goblin instead. Rocket jump is better, and Haste is always good.

That said, Orc stun reduction is still the best if you’re going to min-max it.

Enh has a decent ability to kite and it’s main defensive is healing, with a wall you cannot use in stuns. Stuns are your mortal enemy.

My though process was outside of totem stun the charge would allow an additional 1.5 second stun when facing casters if they slow me. Allowing me to pop all my burst cool down before a filthy mage or hunter can disengage. But guess orc is just an easier reduction

No. I’m actually not saying that. High rating is obtainable regardless of race selection.

However, if you are asking about min/max and what is ideal, it’s Orc.

And, it’s enough of an edge, that the hardcore PvPers almost universally take it for the extra edge.

Orc is great but nick the system and bull rush stun people who don’t expect it as enhance

But if you are at all serious about pushing top tier content as enh the only options are orc and goblin.

is orc stun reduction also include polymorphs thats what usually kills me that constant saps and disorientates. The stuns I personally feel are not a huge issue with most comps.

Polymorphs is not considered a stun, no.

Race choice matters very little for performance, only really makes a difference at the very very top range of players. And if we’re being frank here if you’re asking questions on the wow forums you’re not a 2.4k player. So choose what you think looks cool and carry on.

I agree that pvp is mostly about execution and race in a minor part.

I will say though, that with how fast stuff happens these days in pvp, the 20% off stuns does feel meaningful. Coming out of a stun a second earlier can be the difference between recovering and not.

And adding another 10% damage to your doomwinds burst window with blood fury (off GCD) is also nothing to sneeze at.
