Which race has the better racials for enhancement?
Blackrock maghar shaman is the only choice.

High mountain, bull rush is good for closing gaps and making them, and the damage resist and versatility is always good. perfect fit for every shaman spec

Mag’har CAN get lucky with its racial…but its unreliable. HM is just strictly better between the two, although the difference is marginal.

Purely based on Racials… Highmountain would be your better choice out of the two.
Highmountain gives +1% Versatility, Damage Reduction, and a nice charge with Knockdown.
Mag’har gives you a bonus to a random stat, Pet Health, and shortened DoT durations.

Aesthetically, sure… but mechanically… no. Mag’har racials don’t lend themselves to Enhancement Shaman very well. The pet health bonus is of minimal value for Enhancement Shamans. Their active is completely random, sometimes it can be god-like other times it can be an utter waste (Like getting Leech while at full HP and not under attack).
Meanwhile the Highmountain have a solid bonus to Versatility which is good all around, they innately take less damage, and their active gives them an extra gap closer and a crowd controll/inturrupt all tied all tied into 1.

OP, Highmountain is the more prime cut. The Maghar might cause some beef for my choice but I’d steak my claim for better Shammy with HM.

Mag’har Orcs look amazing, HM Tauren look like moose, those giant radar antlers look ridiculous to me, no offence my bovine friends, plus large toons have slow walk/run animations and I hate that.
I have a 120 Tauren Druid, I love him but he may get morphed into another race before long.
The ideal world is ruled by Blackrock Orcs and Dark Iron Dwarves.
