I’m trying to run Highmaul on Normal difficulty to farm some transmogs on my Mage, but every time I enter the raid, I clip through the elevator at the very beginning, and it takes off without me. Is there any other way to get into the first fight, or is this raid soft-locked for now?
(I haven’t tested other difficulties to see if it’s on all of them, but I doubt it is.)
My recollection is that the ogre that manages the elevator can teleport you up to the arena floor if you missed the elevator as long as the encounter event hasn’t started. (Missing the elevator was a common thing even without glitching.)
Thanks so much! That works. Still bugged, so I’ll leave the post up, but this at least lets me keep farming xmogs 
I’m glad. When the raid was mainline content, it was pretty common for the quickest players to spawn in to immediately grab the elevator rather than waiting for the whole raid, so it needed a plan “B” for the johnny-come-latelies to not get left behind.
