Was highlord demitrian for the TF quest put somewhere else or is he not even in the game yet?

Phase 5 hasn’t launched yet. So he’s not available from my understanding.

He is in silithus

I can confirm he is no longer in his usual spot in Silithus. He’s been moved but can’t find anything as to where. My guess is inside the new raid.
