According to dragon customization menu, this item is listed as a ‘World Drop’ but there is no record of this item existing in any wiki, guide, or wowhead.
This shows you every available glyph for the Highland Drake, and the Gradiant Horn Color is no where on the list.
On that; I believe we just don’t HAVE clear ideas of where the drop comes from. We’re not even a week into Dragonflight yet, there’s still stuff folks are discovering.
