highest skillcap healer is rdruid next to rshaman but duo to rdruid being disgustingly broken they don’t have any skillcap atm and are unforgiving in every case possible
If you exclude tournament realm, which players do not have access to, then gear causes the cap to be nearly irrelevant once the floor has been passed. Hence my statement.
I’d also argue that the better players coordinate CDs and CC better, which would be a better general skill level and game knowledge but I would not use this when talking about specific class skill.
Edit: To reiterate, I would say they are definitely better at the game because there is more to this game than class skill cap but I guarantee you a 2k RDruid plays roughly the same as a rank 1 RDruid, with the difference being how they coordinate and communicate with their team and when they choose to CC. Maybe itemization too.
