Higher than normal latency

All day today Ive had home/world latency about 100ms higher than normal. Obviously thats still playable but its noticable. I dont know if anybody can help, but here is the traceroute and pathping (removed)

normally i have about 10/30ms, today ive had anywhere from 100-300ms

Of course after I posted this, it seems to be fixed now.
