High world ms

Hello, I have a very serious problem that has been affecting me for 1-3 days.
I have already reinstalled my wow, deleted the addons, etc. (and I have even deleted the entire wow).

Look, what happens is that when I enter Wow, many times I have world MS (4000ms) and home MS at (85-120ms).
It’s not my internet, because I can watch twitch or other platforms at 1080 or more.

But every time I enter the game, always (even when it’s factory) my world MS goes up out of nowhere.
Worse when I’m in groups (causing lag or delay or I can’t play at all).

Is there any solution you can give me?

I already used the repair tool.
I already reinstalled wow.
I deleted my addons.
I deleted the entire wow and installed it again.
