I’m not sure what is going on, but this week I have started getting random world lag spikes that range from 300ms to 3500ms+. The home MS is fine, around 5-10 ms. Other applications such as Discord, Google, etc still seem to work fine when my lag spike starts.
I tried disabling all my addons, but it still occurs. I’m starting to wonder if it has something to do with my ISP. I current have MetroNet and I’m located in the Indianapolis area.
I’m not sure how to resolve this but it’s very frustrating when it happens in a key on every other boss fight…
Your internet is likely fine, it’s just somewhere in the connection between you and Blizzard. Not sure, and no real way to find out on your end. Probably a third party that no one can contact to see if work is being done.
posted the same thing. don’t know if it’s a Stormrage problem, but I cant play the game, literally. I just alt F4’d from a key because i’m getting 3 second freezes every 10 seconds, all day, everyday. its insane. blizzard doesn’t care either obviously, been a problem since LAST tuesday. paying $15 a month just for them to have unusable servers. crazy stuff.
