Yea you can now transmog to the R14 gear no matter if you earned it or not. You can come in and have 0 PvP done in level 60 WoW and make a new toon in Cata and now be able to transmog to ANY level 60 Classic R8-14 gear of your choice even if you got zero rank in original 60 PvP. Exactly what the Microsoft team did with the Hayabusa armour in Halo. I earned the entire set including the sword in Halo which was a massive effort…now you can just buy it with real life money and use it as a skin on a newly made account. They are probably going to sell Scarab Lord mounts and titles soon at this rate. 100% guarantee.
