All of these beasts, and more, need to be exempt. Furthermore, work needs to be done on forcing more to spawn. You can see a bunch sometimes clumped up, but then a lack of them for a long time.

This is very frustrating. I see so many High Value Beast targets that are flying way way high and they are yellow, so you can’t fly past them to agro and there’s no rocks or trees high enough to tag them.
