I noticed that most of the mouseover cursor icons have been updated while some haven’t. Is there any word as to when icons for herb gathering, and gear upgrade will be done?

Is that legal? I thought modifying the files including art assets was a big no-no.
Those look to be for Windows cursors, not WoW ones, according to the directions on that page.
I don’t know how the cursor addons work that add circles or trails around the cursor themselves, but my assumption is that it doesn’t change the base cursor file, so I’m not sure how they view that.
They don’t and unless blizz says it’s okay I would be worried about changing any game files.
