Data-Gathering for Connection Issues When Routed Through Dallas Region [Dec. 7]

Hello gang! We are looking into reported connection issues affecting players whose connections travel through Dallas. These issues have been ongoing for several days at least. If you have been experiencing sporadic lag spikes, random fail-to-connect, or other connection issues mainly over this last week, please post back with the following: ISP: Region: Looking Glass test. WinMTR test for 5-10 minutes while playing. What server do you play on?
