High ping - WinMTR

Hello all,

I have 80ms home and 300ms+ world. Most often after 6pm EST. However ping is fine most of the morning/afternoon.

Confirmed issue doesnt occur on other ISP (Tested with public Wifi of the apartment complex)

Talked to my ISP, they said everything is OK (What a surprise)
No other issues observed. Download/Upload speed is fine as well latency to most servers where I had already stablished a baseline

To me it seems like some issue my ISP needs to resolve, however I´d appreciate any advice on workarounds I could do myself, or a better explanation on the specific problem as it might help explaining to my ISP
