Hey Blizz. I have High Ms every day, every hour I log in Retail. I’ve had this problem for a few weeks now. 5k, 10k MS. Your game is unplayable. Only happens in Retail. Fix it and dont try to blame my connection, I already know the standard response ( delete cache, addos, etc, WinMTR…) . This only happens with Retail. I will pause my sub until is playable again.

deleting cache and addons are rarely necessary, but posting a winmtr or pingplotter is.

This forum only supports troubleshooting, not demands to server engineers. There are no current server issues.
