I went to the horde embassy on a fresh alt and cant seem to find the quest to start the high mountain questline? can anyone help me please
have you started any other chain to get an allied race that you haven’t finished yet on any other character?

Are you trying to do the actual unlock quest? The character in question will need to be at least 45 to pick it up.
Are you trying to do the pre-requisite requirement “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough”? In that case, you’ll need to start with the Legion intro. (You can pick it up from at Warchief’s Command board — you want the “Broken Shore” option.) After the Legion intro, do the quests to open your Order Hall up to the point where they have you choose a zone. (Obviously, choose Highmountain.)
