High MMR bg always get heated argument when losing?

Hi all, I’m mostly a pver and a very casual pvper in last expansions.
Started to push a bit higher rating rbg around 2000, 2100 (I’m casual, so this is high for me), I noticed during the games, people often get into arguments, like “rogue is bad”, “healer is not topping everyone’s health”, “why you guys not kill that DK”, and most common “guys, why are you not listening” ?

A lot of people just rage quit and blaming after 1,2 losses.
Is this normal for PVP?
So hard to get high rating (unlike mythic+) and need voice communication, it seems like this thing is not for people who works 8 hrs a day with 2 kids.

When I was doing mythic+ 17,18 (casually), literally nobody says a damn thing.

I also realized I’m getting more unhappier as I queue more games with rating goes higher.

Is this happening to everyone?

It’s not the norm, but there always seems to be one.

All kinds make it to the higher ratings, however the aggressive tend to do so with a bit more consistancy, it seems.

It’s not normal in that no group should be in fighting in a competitive game, however it is normal in that a portion of the population who does it is a bit more common as you go up.

its more often than not the people who get first time 2k+ ego. people who frequent the 10%+ dont often rage or call people out like that. some do for sure… but the majority are usually pretty relaxed with all that stuff and tend to be rather nice when addressing issues.

ive had my moments in the past myself… it happens… but in general im far more concerned with what i failed to do rather than anyone else.

the people who always blame others are only 2k by fluke tbh. you learn this the hard way in 3v3. you can rage through lfg to 1800… sure. but to get into duelist range the mindset is “every loss was something I* could have done better”. sadly the blame mindset people can ghost their way into 2k+ rbgs. especially this expac.

rated pvp is actually perfect for that. im same CR and only play a few hours a week.

this is something to often address honestly

Nerd raging has been a part of wow since 2004.

I’ve noticed more people with an ego complex in PvP, it’s definitely not common but you run into people with the mentality that everyone is worse than them and every loss is your fault.

Just gotta ignore those people and find people you play well with and get along with.

that’s because you play horde 2k+ rbgs, i tried them and people were super sweaty, especially dk team callers who think death grips should be an instant kill.
here on alliance we’re the same 50 guys queing every night and super chill

The only real rage I’ve encountered at high MMR games are people getting called out for messing something up. But it’s usually just a sarcastic comment, like when I HoJ’d a guy who was already stunned once.

Occasionally someone will get capped on without calling or something and people will get a little irritated, but games have mostly been chill in my experience.

Edit: Actually, the worst experience I’ve had all season was when I posted in 3’s that I was an RBG player trying to get better at arena. Had two glad alts queue up, and as soon as we got in the match they immediately started insulting me for being an RBG player, then went out and threw the match. And that was low MMR. Lol
