Hey all,
Nabbed these from the other thread since there were multiple different issues going on. We are already investigating routing issues with Level 3 Networks but please continue to report the issue in this thread if you are experiencing high latency and are being routed through Level3net (as shown in the winMTR tests).
We should only need 1 report per user, but the more reports we have from different users who are affected the better. Please run the winMTR tool and play the game until the lag happens. Run the test for a minimum of 5 minutes even if the lag stops.
Once you have the results, please post them either on this thread or on pastebin and give us the code for it. Example: pastebin*com/abc123

Thank you for your assistance! A few hours ago, my latency went back to a normal 50ms! This level3 node has been giving me problems for the last 4 years. Sometimes it’s fine and other times it sucks no matter what time of day.
