Since Friday my normal 20ms response time has averaged between 115ms and 300ms with spikes of upwards to 5000ms, and results in disconnects and extreme lag. The issue appears to be at 137.221.65.0 when doing a pathping from my side or 137.221.83.80 when doing a tracert through looking glass.
