High latency issues

I’ve been having consistence lag spikes since Saturday the game will pause for about 3-5 seconds every 30 seconds or so sometimes more frequently. I downloaded and used wnmtr. these are the results.

If anyone can tell me how to read this and what I’m looking for in regards to isp, or the router or packet loss that would be greatly appreciated.

9 % paver loss from the router on.

Just line up the columns under the headings. We like to see 0% packet loss. We watch for latency spikes in the wrist column.

You can see your 3rd hop is already spiking over 200ms.

Start with rebooting the router.
Wired or wireless?
What wireless band?
Drivers up to date?
Router firmware up to date?

Hi Zungar thanks for the timely response, That last attempt was from wireless i’ve been going back and forth between wired and wireless connection and both give me extremely high world ms. I’ll try and do a complete reboot of the router. I’m currently using sagecom all stuff is up to date.

Its not just you, its blizzards servers. Majority of people are experiencing this, its ridiculous.

If this is wired, your connection is really bad.

11% packet loss wired to your router makes it look like the router is just bad.
