This is not an ISP problem. This is a blizzard problem, since the new raid i’m having like 300ms.

Hi Matgarolm

Actually it is a routing problem with the backbone provider NTT. Your signal is being routed to Japan then back to America. Check this thread for more details.

Yes i know, that the hops are going to a lots of places before to get US. But this is a problem from blizzard, not our ISP like they said.
