It seems like Tek Savvy has also fixed it. Latency is back down to 34 ms now

Hey folks,
This should be handled for any Canadian players having issues. There was something up with the way connections were being routed to us and we reached out to another ISP to get it fixed. Thanks for letting us know about this and sending in all the tests.
Latency is still about 60ms higher than usual… getting obvious packet loss — players are pausing and flying around in raid/cities.

That looks similar to some of the tests I was seeing earlier. How long has this been going on for, and have you power cycled your router in the last few hours? It looks like you’re taking the old, inefficient route to our server.
I logged on at about 7:30pm and have been experiencing it since then. I was at 400+ms latency rebooted and I’m bobbing around at around 150ms. I’ve power cycled my modem/router twice now. ISP is Bell in Niagara Area.
Seems to be back. Not nearly as bad but pinging above 130 right now.
All righty, round two then. Can you please run WinMTR if this is happening for you and post the results here? You can just run it for about 10 minutes while you’re getting bad latency
