High latency consistently in all forms of content

Since the patch, I’ve been experiencing high latency, approximately triple my typical (22ms to 76ms).
I am on a wired gigabit connection, from Canada.
A traceroute or pathping to Illidan or a central server leads to timed out requests or large packet loss at one of the hops.

Not sure what other data you would need.

The IPs for the game servers aren’t public anymore, so where was this test run to?

Then my trace is not to the correct location. And it is listed in the last line, with all “.”'s replaced with “_”'s if that was not well communicated.

Your best bet is to run the test to the Google Cloud server in Chicago. Their IPs are public on the web.
