How many more times do we have to continue giving the same info though. I just checked back to when i posted other Traceroutes a month ago. And like nothing has changed. The IP addresses names/websites are the same. The actual numbers are different but still they use the same 2 at least for me. So the stuff from a month ago are the same things we are submitting now. 4.7.196.134 4.69.142.174 are the 2 main ones that I see myself and other people have when they do a trace route where it gets timed out. It just alternated between those two addresses. Nothing is changing. So it feels odd that nothing is getting figured out a month/2 down the line.
I donāt want to diminish the fact that you did reply which I do really appreciate. But it is far beyond frustrating. I have not gotten to raid with my guild for over 2 months now because of this issue. And I donāt really feel. Spend extra money on a third party application so you can play our game. Is an acceptable resolution to this issue.
I get that there are tons of other issues. But soon we also will be going into holiday seasons. Which means I can assume we wont have anyone working on this issue then. So at this rate it doesnāt even look like this issue will be resolved before the start of the new year. Which by then we will be at 3 + months of an on going issue that makes the game unplayable at key times multiple times a week for every week.
I understand it is an issue on century links side. But the lack of info or idea of when this issue will be resolved is disheartening and as more time creeps by and the responses we get coming fewer and fewer and less detailed, it just feels like the whole issue is being forgotten or just swept under a rug till no one bothers responding because they will think why bother.
I am hopeful we will see some progress in the coming days / week.
Im trying to be as polite as I can over this issue, but I cant even play other games like HoTS because it also lags out since it runs through that same server. So I just have to give up any hopes of using your products for these evenings which is very unfortunate.

Trying to connected to Australian servers from HK (WoW Classic). When game first launched was getting around 190ms latency which was at least playable, then recently have been getting 280ms and today has jumped to 300+ which is borderline unplayableā¦

Over a month with a consistent issue that Blizzard claims itās trying to fix, Centurylink claims doesnāt exist, and level3 has no contact info. Glad we get to be the stooges that are falling for whatever this is. Someone just doesnāt want to pay the money to repair whatever issue is happening.

Another post on this thread just to let you know you havenāt been forgotten. Sorry this is taking so long. If this were straightforward weād probably already have it handled, but for now weāve pinged our internal thread to see if we can get you folks an update of some variety. No promises yet but we entirely understand that this is a pain to deal with.
For now, please continue to use your alternate connection path, such as downloading and running a free or free trial vpn client.

Welp, gotta say, Iāve never experienced lag quite like this before.
Went from absolutely zero problems to 4-5k world latency in the timewalking raid. The weird part? It was like I was watching a recording. While chat moved normally, the game itself wouldnāt āskipā like normal lag does. I watched half a fight happen AFTER chat indicated the boss was killed.
Not really complaining, just never experienced that before.

Blue, if it helps at all this happens to me around 7pm mountain time. Played earlier today and it was great 20-40 ping. 130+ around 7pm.

So the trial with my vpn ends tomorrow and the issues still havenāt been fixed. I really expected more from Blizzard. Itās been over a month. I donāt want to pay for a vpn just to be able to raid without lag.

Iāve been having this issue as well. Century link is my ISP and I play on US Thrall and Bleeding Hollow. Every night my ping goes from less than 50 ms to 300-450 ms at 7:00 PM Mountain time and finally gets back to normal at 9:00 PM.
Iāve tried everything. This is destroying my ability to raid. This has been going on for over a month and the slow down is so regular you could set your watch to it. This had never been an issue until about a month ago.

Still having issues with connection, very irritated that I pay monthly for a game that cannot even get their crap together on the network side of things. If this does not fix itself then I am unsubbing for the lack of effort on blizzards fault.
