High elves are coming..kinda

Blue Eyes only makes sense for Blood Elves. They’re not all fel addicted mana addicts anymore, so lorewise blue eyes should be a thing. It’s more than likely and I’m glad. The high elf fans can finally have their hopes and dreams crushed a final time.

That’s why they were given Golden Eyes silly, because they draw power from the Sunwell now. High Elves in Stormwind and the Alliance Vanguard in Northrend, and the Isle of Thunder and outside Suramar are still blue eyed.

Blood elves are high elves so all it does is give more customization options for that race, which is a good thing.

And the Silver Covenant is still an Alliance Faction. Just go to the reputations tab and then mouseover a High Elf. It will say “High Elf - Silver Covenant” still waiting for Ion to back up his words by removing the last 9 years of development.
