blizzard has gone on the record saying that Blood elves are high elves. Blizzcon showed some of the upcoming additional customization and they also said they were almost done with blood elves. I expect that just like the Wildhammer options i saw for the standard dwarves the blood elves will be receiving similar high elf options for their blood elves.

They aren’t going to let Sin’Dorei be Quel’Dorei.
Oh, they may well let Sin’Dorei have blue eyes, but that doesn’t magically turn them into high elves. That would require turning back the clock before they rebranded themselves.
Oh, and before some idiot states the perfectly obvious, elves are elves in this case and the same species. The point is high elves are alliance and blood elves are horde. That distinction matters somewhat considering these are opposing factions-- and will continue to be in Shadowlands.

Bronzebeard and Wildhammer are both Alliance. Blood Elves are Horde while High Elves are Alliance. So no, it’s not a direct parallel.

Well thats where the Kinda part comes in since the high elves mostly renamed to blood elves and blizzard wont ever make them their own race simply because they arnt different enough from blood elves.
Blizzard does enough to rile up the High Elf people on their own, so I expect it to be a Blood Elf customization.
Yeah my intent was not to rile people up thats why i put the Kinda in the title. The blood elf customization to look like a high elf was all i was implying.

I don’t think so. They do still pretend to care about the lore at least, so high elves joining the horde would make 0 sense whatsoever. But of course they’ve done nothing but upset their alliance players this entire expansion so… who knows.

Why do these threads keep being made? How has anyone come to this conclusion? I’m searching for answers.
They also said they were considering making high elf skins for void elves, your point is purely based out of assumptions.
