Nope. We arenât playing this nonsense. There was a blue siege engine, like the ones last used by the devs in the Blood Elf Heritage questline, maybe it was a mistake or oversight. Thereâs no mention of the SC anywhere to be found.
The dialogue with her, Alleria and Anduin suggests she and Alleria are using their resources together to scout the terrain etc, both command a group of Elves.

Thereâs nothing actually confirmed though. So itâs probably best to not use it as a point, imo.
then they would have been spotted if its was more then them. thats the whole point of scouting. to draw as little attention as possible to remain unseen. if she had brought more troops, they would have asked where do you want our troops 
Vereesa is literally there. As are units that represent her group just like outside Suramar.

I think the sisterly bond is a pretty good reason why Alleria and Vereesa are there
Why would a current hero of the Alliance, one who is still serving it, and her younger sister be there to fight the Warchief? No idea.

Exactly they dislike their wayward sister. And youâre assuming they came what? Alone? In a battle that Anduin was unsure if he could even win, their presence suggests they were there to help which means they would utilize all they could. The sighting of High Elven sieges further shows involvement on Alliance side by who ever Vereesa brought with her.

Because they thought they couldnât win, which further suggests they were fully mobilized for battle why would they sideline troops under their command. Who brought the High Elven sieges? The Gnomes? No Vereesa did.

âI should have killed you when last we met.â was the last line exchanged between Alleria and Sylvanas. Alleria still hates the Horde too, so I doubt sheâs there for any other reason than to be helping the Alliance out with the Horde. And they end up agreeing with Anduin, anway.

I assume they came with the troops anduin brought, and if the SC was meant to be a relevant presence they would have made that clearer, not just a sister that I guess whoâs voice actor was busy or too expensive to have her talk and a blue siege weapon.

I think the placement was intended, as was Veressaâs presence.

unlikely now that alleria and void elves are here. best you can hope for is another cameo in the sole context of a windrunner sister
I expect to see joint screen time when High Elves are introduced I think Void Elves and them make a perfect parallel to Blood Elves and Nightborne in terms of common interests, personality, and kinship.
