Bolvar deserves to be Highlord about as much as Calia deserves to be Dark Lady.
He shouldnāt have any, really. Unlike literally every Death Knight including Arthas he never had any powers directly funnelled into him. Unless wearing the crown slowly infuses someone with Necromantic energy, at which point he could be anywhere between average ghoul power or about as powerful as the Deathlord.
Honestly, he doesnāt have the helm nor the sword.
