It’s pretty prominent story wise, and visually. We see the Fel crystals floating among the ruins, with some magisters actively drawing from them even. We see them all through outland, and even on the Isle of Quel’danas. Their reliance on Fel magic played a pretty large role culturally within the story of the game, even Varian openly mocks them, essentially equating them to fel addicts.

Floating crystals that are never discussed in any major way are hardly the central theme for blood elves in bc.

Sounds like you’re intentionally trying to downplay the significance of visual design, and the purpose for why almost every blood elf encampment was littered with fel crystals and why every single one had glowing green eyes. Such a small detail that it could literally be seen on the entire race.

But yes, Orc noserings were certainly just as iconic.

Well, I’ve just briefly gone down the rabbit hole of blue eyed thalassian elvesthat aren’t with the Alliance thanks to stumbling upon Snow and… boy, if the divide was vague to me before, now it’s as sturdy as wet paper.

The way I remember it is arcane being a gateway drug to fel because it can attract demons of the burning legion and thus tempt some mages to be warlocks.

I would lie if I said I’m well versed on that matter but perhaps it attracts the Legion because it can be powerful and the Legion is often lured by powerful things (or past grudges, ahem).

By the way, is there any consequence for using a F-ton of magic anymore since the legion has been defeated?

I don’t know how one thing relates to the other but… are there any wretched left at this point?

Without the wig, it’s just a normal n. Pinata isn’t a word. Just pronounced it with the n as a regular n and you’ll see how wrong that sounds. Need the ñ to show it’s piñata, imo.

Language nerd mode activate ! The squiggly line is called a tilde, and an n with a tilde, ñ, is called an eñe (pronounce the ñ as it is in piñata, so like ny in canyon kinda, and the Es kinda like ay, but with less glide on the end).
