Let me remind you… Alliance elves made to horde because it was dying faction.

So, alliance has the rights to have playable highelves such as silver covenant highelves, and blood elf players should thank their lucky stars that they have that option in horde

Aethas as a Void Elf sounds pretty nice to me.

It would have been nice but i think we’ve probably crossed that bridge when they made umbric.
I’d much rather see void elf versions of the blood elf npcs who opposed joining the horde such as Priest Ennas and Lyria Skystrider.
Or maybe they’d of just ran off and joined dalaran after losing their green eyes after a while.
