Cool. Then let me know when weâre playing a Blood Elf that is not from Silvermoon City? Or a Human that is not from Stormwind? Or a Dwarf that is not from Ironforge. Or an Orc that is not from Orgrimmar

Donât need two options of green.
Oh right, so people should be forced to re-roll to a faction that they probably donât want to play for there own reasons, to also ignore that lore reasons to High Elves within the Alliance, because they should be playing a race that does not call themselves High Elves and do not consider themselves High Elves either.

Yep, because it makes factions unique.
I like worgens, but that means being alliance. I want to play horde, so I pick what the horde offers accordingly

That is a laughable statement you made
Considering it is a true statement. You can play a Tenticle Elf on Horde, just roll a Blood Elf or Nightborne Priest and roll shadow.

I find it questionable that you believe changes in design do not affect anyone.
By that logic, make all races playable on all factions, since it doesnât affect anyone.

Thing is though it affects people, because it affects what they see, and what they choose and do.

If the faction has a group of said race then by all means. However most races donât have an opposing group part of the other faction.
