High Elf POSITIVITY Thread 😎

I went to Cali to see the last Harry Potter movie with some friends and we all dressed up. There were four of us so we each represented a house. It was a blast.

The high elves ended it at the time with Anastarian officially ending his alliance with the Alliance of Lordaeron. His people, about 98% or 99% returned home with others choosing to hang out.

I am…not sure about the traitor part or Kael’thas not agreeing with them leaving the alliance. It would make sene for Kael’thas to view it like that given he liked Jaina and Dalaran was a mix of human and elves

They already told you they were adding High Dwarves.

You can stop now.

I read it somewhere, I am trying to find where.

Edit: Also he never officially branded him a traitor, just had personal doubts about where his loyalty would be.

I am not doubting you. I doubt my own memory.

It would make some sense as well since he did work with Garithos. And despite being “higher rank” too.

It is unfortunate he did not realize sooner how much of a poop face Garithos would be.

That, I quite agree with, indeed.

That’s weird because I just leveled a new character to 120 and saw a Highelf as an ally to the Alliance in pretty much every expansion.

Oh nice I love that! I will be on the look out as I take my priest backtracking on loremaster when I get back to it!

That is probably because you are like 90% of the people out there and choose to ignore facts since they are an inconvenience to you.

Hint: High elves are playable. Blood elves was just a name change.
Your welcome.

That sounds a lot like you’re doing when I tell you High Elves are on the alliance and they have been since wc2.

Also please tell me what facts I am ignoring I know there is Blood Elves I know they’re on the horde and I acknowledge the existence of Blood elves. You’re the one who refuses to believe High Elves exist.

I get what you’re saying, but the High Elves that were a part of the Alliance were the High Elves of Quel’Thalas. Itoldyouso is referring to the country and kingdom of high elves in that context.

Those who were allied and remained so are effectively splinter groups not the main body of high elves. Though they would later name themselves the blood elves.

Want high elves all you want but don’t present things out of context.

I wish you were joking.
Okay, since I see a goblin in Stormwind who is friendly, this means goblins clearly are not allied to the Horde.
I also saw humans allied to the Horde. I guess humans are allied to the Horde.

Post WC 2, Anasterian ended the alliance he had with Lordaeron. Ergo, the high elves were no longer allied with the Alliance.
What you are seeing is individuals who choose to work with the alliance. They dont represent anything but themselves.

The rest of the high elves renamed themselves as blood elves and joined the Horde.

See, I cannot fathom how you expect to convince anyone to your cause by behaving so ignorantly.

Where did I claim high elves dont exist? Are you all right? Who hurt you so badly you need to assume what everyone is stating?

Let’s use what you’re saying as a premise for a race or allied race specifically the part
“What you are you are seeing is individuals who choose to work with the alliance. They don’t represent anything but themselves”

So pretty much void elves and they’re a playable race?

Also I want to tell you something because I used to be anti-high elf you don’t need to be so volatile. I used to think the idea was lazy but there is a lot of fans for them At the end of the day there is a lot of fans of the High Elf race and that’s all it takes to get the ball rolling

Sure thing m8, have a nice day.

That is a red herring that has nothing to do with the lore discussion at hand.
You saod high elves are allied with the alliance since WC 2. This is incorrect.

I stated the high elves, their nation as a whole, left the alliance post WC 2.
Those same high elves renamed themselves. So no, you cant say the high elves have been allied since WC 2 because it is wrong.
That is ignoring the fact thats per WoW sources, the high elves who refused to rename themselves vary in whom they are allied.
Quel lithien high elves had no loyalty to the alliance in any capacity.
The dalaran high elves fsvor noone.
You have the silver covenant and that is it, but the rest exist in limbo.

You decided to make the smarmy comment, and now complain when I return it in kind? Come on now.

As for allied races themselves, numbers and individuals dont mean anything. The issue is, and always has been, the design.
High elves and blood elves are the same people, and so their design is a certain wah and the devs wont share it between both factions.
Hence, void elves.
