That sounds cool enough, but dragonhawks are an important part of high elven society.
Then again⊠Seems the Blood Elves must have the majority of the roosts. You donât see high elves with them often. Even the SC has few back during the Northrend campaign.

I totally agree. Wouldnât throw a fit over blue dragon hawks.
Iâve never heard of Giant Hummingbirds before and that idea stood out to me.
I think they also have some during the Isle or Thunder.

Half elves? Hmm⊠Depends where their main faction comes from I think.
If theyâre from Dalaran theyâd probably still make sense to have a dragonhawk. But you could easily argue for many other things.
If theyâre mostly from stormwind probably something more dog based.
And if you use my favorite idea of half elves, where both horde and alliance get them but one is half orc half elf and the other half human half elf, then the ones from Orgrimmar would likely have a Worg. 
Basically by their very nature the Half Elves would lean towards their societies hunter pet standard. (I wouldnât do exactly the same one though).

I think including half-elves as part of the customization options for High Elves would be an excellent idea to further add to the argument that there is more to their story. Regular high elves and the half-elves. Be a part of the face options, which makes their ears considerably smaller. Then for the blood elves, they could add a similar option, since Iâve seen plenty of half-elf rpers in Orgrimmar as well. Though still considerably more high elf and half-elf rpers in Stormwind.

i like that idea, but considering the past actions and responses of the devs on this topic, you may just be giving them ideas on how to make belf customizations, with alliance not getting half elves either or some variation of nelf and human or velf and human. in other words, that may result in further disappointment.
half elves would have to be baked into human customization for the alliance. ive never seen someone RP as a half elf on horde which is where the high elf option is. if it actually had a chance of happening we would get a high elf/nightborne hybrid elf
I think weâll end up seeing Alliance High Elves though! So I agree it makes them perfect for High Elf customizations!

Iâd lol if Blizzard did just give all of our communityâs ideas to the Blood Elves for customization options in Shadowlands.
But Half-Elves is also something Iâd really love, and I personally donât think it should be Blood Elves getting it. The only known HAlf-Elves have ever been on the Alliance. Iâm pretty sure theyâve always been looked down upon in thalassian culture too, so itâd probably only be worse with Sinâdorei.
Natural eye colours for our High Elves is something Iâd also really like. Since the Sunwell is up and healthy again, maybe they could start to return to their old, natural eye colours? And the reason for excluding BLood Elves from this could be their fel taint?

Having worked in customer service, I always treat people with kindness. I was stressed one day, and apologized to one of my pharmacists because after I left I worried I had been rude. She said I wasnât but I still always worry.

I support High Elves for the Alliance.
A lot of naysayers are saying they are super rare except
1.) No they arenât. Silver covenant exists as do numerous enclaves around the Eastern Kingdoms.
2.) They are forgetting the entire generation of high elves raised on Outland. Itâs not like a couple hundred crossed over during the events in Beyond the Dark Portal. It was a couple of thousand given how large the Alliance army was that went through the portal. And that was decades ago. Many of the elves could have had kids in that time period.
