Changing NPCs is not as much of a difficult task as it might seem. Once the model it’s done, randomizing it for the most part works, there’s scripts for that.

And besides, in many cases, it makes no sense to replace them for HIgh elves. Those at Outland would make no sense if they were half elves, for example.

(Commentary): Which is why I suggested changing like, 95% of them. The handful in Outland can stay as High Elves. Vereesa could stay as a High Elf, maybe a few other Silver Covenant elves in leadership roles, etc… As for the models, I may be wrong but I believe armor sets on NPCs are part of the NPCs themselves, so every NPC would need it’s armor set modified? I’m not positive though.
