Except this is an expansion centered on the blood elves and Silvermoon, so giving a whole content patch for another race, especially a race that is the exact contrary to the Blood elves is not in good taste. Plus, most of the people pushing that narrative were not doing it in good faith, they just wanted “ugly monster on horde, pretty elf on alliance”

If we were gonna get amani, we were gonna get them in BfA with Zuldazar. But every single time we encounter them (Even in Zuldazar), they are our enemy and kill-fodder. It was nonsensical, and designed purely to get a reaction out of hopeful Blood elf players looking forward to Midnight.

Literal die hard alliance players who took every opportunity to trash talk horde, and blood elf players acting like they’re excited for Horde players getting amani. The agenda was very transparent.

I feel like you haven’t seen the years of players asking for Amani.

This is very much the expansion we’d expect them to join up and it’s hardly just because monster = Horde.

Seeing a story where the blood elves are against a wall and the Amani find members of their people falling to Void and end up needing to find a way to repair the hostility between their cultures (maybe blood elves planning to do reparations for stealing holy land or letting the trolls do some worship there again) is a good story… At least by wow standards.

Don’t believe people who are only in it for their side or ever claim Silvermoon will be Alliance or whatever. Don’t let their toxicity drown out actual communities that are excited for things.

I am extremely doubtful anything from the original city exists, unless we get some solid proof of it. Not only is half the city 2d cut outs, but the difference in design and style would clash.

I meant the areas not the literal thing. I know they remade it, but the Alliance won’t be hanging around Lor’themar’s… Throne pillow?
