They should have just done High Elves + Forest Trolls and thrown in Wildhammer Dwarves and just had a big shindig in Hinterlands.

That would be cool to see Highvale lodge there revamped into some kind of larger town. There’s also the Farstrider Lodge in Loch Modan as well.
Assuming we ever got another world update, especially to reflect the territorial changes in BFA. Specifically with the Alliance regaining a lot of ground in the Northern EK including Southshore, A big part of me though would also like to see Dalaran officially as their hub with it placed back in Hillsbrad.

The Farstriders don’t have a presence in the Hinterlands.
Or in the Loch.
Hell the buildings involved are night elf ones. Not even really sure I’d call the one in the Loch even a high elf thing.
Which honestly I always thought was odd given that they had opportunity to replace them more appropriately in Cata.
Hope both those areas are revamped if there is a world remake.
Why would you build anything in the middle of nowhere?
Because the “middle of nowhere” has what we need to advance. We need a way to get void essence into our recruits to build our numbers, we need access to the beasts in the void for our hunters, and lets face it our Starcursed Hawkstriders will very much survive better there than in Stormwind.
The Telogrus Rift holds our future.
It’s too early for asking for a High Elf racial title. They have neither the engine developed for this nor the time to rearrange the current race so it would fit the requests. At the moment they have to stay Void Elves. This requests makes in 3-5 years more sense but not now.
Don’t hold your breath for them working on these small changes longer than 10 minutes. This was a very quick job, including the toggle option.

Oh thanks. More of the reason to ask high elf race if that’s the case. Though I wouldn’t be surprised seeing one in next expansion because Ion was talking about adding new allied races for next expansion anyways.
They really need to add more High Elf hairstyle for VE.

A few unique ones would be nice but honestly even just giving them a few Human or Night Elf hair styles would work great imo.

I know, you want more Void Elf stuff. But the idea of anyone willingly doing something that’s going to corrupt them so much they’ll have tentacles is crazy.

I got rear-ended this year by an SUV because I stopped for a school bus. I nearly died before you could play something resembling a High Elf in WoW.
How many wow players who wanted to play a High Elf died of COVID? Seriously. No reason to wait at all. Even less of a reason to wait two expansions to make the request. That’s insane.

And for everybody else, yeah. We need more hairstyles.

They are going there specifically for that reason.
- How many people wanted to see the Alliance back at glory before they died?
- How many people wanted to see a good expansion before they died?
It’s a game with lousy developers who withheld request and do not answer questions until they are forced from the higher ups to check out twitter one time. Emotional blackmailing isn’t the answer here.
The only thing left is to wait for 9.1.5.
I didn’t say it wasn’t going to happen. After all, there was that interview with… someone… where they were talking about the Void Elves trying to find a way to increase their numbers.
But…
man it’s crazy.
Eh. The time for more requests is now. Because these things take time.
I am happy with what we will get at 9.1.5 . Totally happy and this is enough to me .

Eh. The argument is, “Don’t request things right after you got things.”
and that argument supposes that you get things immediately.
I’m pointing out that you ask for things when you want them and hope they become available some day. We’ve been asking for High Elves for 16 years. Thats likely a lot of people who never got what they wanted.
