oh good grief dekkar.
thats what i just said. lol
OkâŠfine go off topic or make crazy rationalizations for going off topic, please do it all you want.
Just please dontâ attack other people for going off topic. Be consistentâŠnot hypocrites.
And Hyper, Iâm not addressing this just to you but to all the helfers posting here.
I donât really care either way but the amount of effort and passion in the OP is astounding.
The Minnesota viking strikes again.
so if we could get a race of elves that look as different as he does, still are thalassian but my gosh⊠did you see his hair? double click that . till its full size and scroll it to see his hair. thats best hair in the game to date. i wonder whoâs in game alt he is from the dev teaâŠoh ion? wrath-ion? haha! now we know why heâs the best model to date.
they have perfected wavy/curly hair!
Weâll take the Thalassian model, give it a different stance, give them different expressions, a different dance, and give them white, white blue, blonde, brown, red, and black hair shades that differ from belf hair shades, and flesh tones that differ from belf flesh tones and voila.
Since you have neither blue not green letters, you are simply a troublemaker.
now go away or post something relevant.
Iâm betting you canât do either.
âŠand hereâs your boyfriend!
and shorter ears. hehe
Very big of you.
/gimme hands
that guy is gorgeous.
your profile is hidden so now i canât see your gear. ugh. -.-
But it isnât per lore.
SoâŠ
Skal
thereâs more to life than looks my dear. focusing so much on that canât be good.
Most antis say it wonât make sense for them to have a different model, so
haha. real life is thattaway â>
Even the lightest Blood Elf skin tone still has some of that redness to it. Pretty much get rid of that on all the Blood Elf skin tones and you have paler elves.
Off topicâŠDoes Wraithion look sort of like a barbary corsair?
I say give them tan to dark skin tones too. Would be pretty awesome.
During the quest âReport to Silviaâ on the alliance side, when speaking to Shandris regarding the highborne mage Estulan practicing arcane magic, Shandris says
âWere it not for Lady Tyrandeâs recent mercy towards his kind, his execution would be my duty under the law.â
It doesnât make it any less relevant? Especially when thereâs nothing compelling enough to suggest that the Night elves that regarded the highborne in this manner feel any differently about them than they did before. These are views theyâve had for thousands of years, youâre going to have to try a lot harder than âa few years have passed so this is no longer relevantâ if you want to convince me otherwise.
A portion of the current Alliance-aligned high elves. Many had returned to the alliance after the events of the third war, but by then the Alliance were already suspicious and weary. According to the Warcraft Encyclopedia âFurthermore, the night elves, who became part of the Alliance during the Third War, saw it as their duty to warn their new allies against the high elves. The Highborneâs part in bringing about the War of the Ancients figured heavily in the night elvesâ retelling of high elf history.â not only suggesting that the Night elves sowed doubt among the alliance races, but also furthers the argument that they still held the High elves just as responsible for the events in the past as they did back then.
Any not any less relevant?
The examples in Elegy are individual Night elves, not representing the Night elven society as a whole. Shandris even says in her quest dialogue that her ability to work with them is that she wonât deny her sentinels aid due to her pride. Their willingness to work together is mostly to do with Tyrandeâs mercy, not out of their enjoyment or friendly relationships. Youâre gonna have to try a lot harder to uproot established relations that have existed for thousands of years with a few offhand examples.
Telling someone to âread a bookâ is not citing examples to prove your point. Thatâd be like me saying âOh you want proof that Night elves and high elves donât get a long? Read the wiki, or the encyclopedia!â If youâre going to try to counter my points, do so with compelling examples and evidence not vague âread a bookâ responses.
Itâs not though? Night Elves have had thousands of years to hold on to their grudges, and further their relations with the High elves. Their cultures, societies and customs greatly differ, especially in contrast to the fact that High and blood elves share the exact culture, and suffer many of the same struggles as one another. To suggest that all the night elves have suddenly changed viewpoints theyâd held for thousands of years and now suddenly want to hold hands with elves theyâve held responsible for countless deaths of their kind, over the Blood Elves that welcomed High elves into Quelâdanis, and to the Well, and even showed one of the prominent leaders of the High elves literally call out of reunification among all Thalassian Elves in Quelâthalas is pretty confounding.
