I believe his mock ups are for high elves.
His mock ups are amazing though and I’d love those models for high elves or half elves.

He does look like a belf.
Even so, the mock ups have the standard height of ears.
they just havent bothered to make a half elf model. probably out of fear people would start asking for them to be playable haha
but think about it. elisande yells at veressa and her silver covenant soldiers, criticizing them for diluting their blood lines, yet they look exactly like blood elves, just very pale. clearly the devs just havent bothered to make an intermediate model type to represent the dilution.
The greatest threat Varian told Anduin to avoid, cougars.

He’s actual appearance is unknown since there’s no proper model to represent him in-game. All we can assume right now is that he looks elvish and has blonde hair. Even his eye color is unknown (his model had green eyes in TBC, then was updated to blue in WotLK until Legion, and in BfA he got golden eyes, which may just because he’s a paladin).

We dont have a lot of references in lore for Half-Elves. We see the extremes of genes in the ones we do. Kalec looks mainly human and Arator looks mainly Elven. We havent seen anything in between. Maybe thats how Half-Elves come out. Mainly one way or the other.

The ones in the OP are High Elves. He has made other mock ups that are half elves with rounder faces and shorter ears showcasing more human i believe.
