High DPS/Skilled Healer Looking for M+ Team

Keeping it simple I am looking for a group of players to do M+ with regularly.

Please use Warcraft Logs and Raider IO if you would like to see my progress.

I have only queued through LFG for all of my dungeons and feel if I had other players to regularly go with I could maybe push a little further.
