High CPU usage new Processor

Previously on my i7 6700, i was able to open up to 6 wow windows with zero issues.

Now, when i open up anything more than 3 windows on my new i5 9600k, i experience extreme lag to the point of unplayablity. Wow now take up to 40% CPU usage when it previously took up like 10%. I’m also overclocking my CPU to 4300, when my processor previously only was 3.4

Specs:

CPU: i5 9600k, previously i7 6700
GPU: GTX 1070
Memory: 32 gig

really frustrating as i can no longer open multiple instances of wow.

Here is the lowdown - update your OS, drivers and do a repair on the OS and WoW.
It looks like the latest bit of updating ended up borking things at both ends.

When enough complain about the memory leaking like a incontinent pachyderm maybe blizz will fix their bit of creative computing.
