Which DPS specs have the highest APM? I came to a realization I don’t like being slow, I like pressing the buttons. My main MMO experience these days is FFXIV and my favorite jobs there was I guess the 2 big APM jobs (machinist and ninja).

Fury warrior, and possibly outlaw rogue with blade rush/ killing spree and marked for death. With good rolls restless blades passive really speeds up the play.

That is a negative for ench. For a few shorts years it was engaging and fun but ppl cried that they wanted the old ench back so Blizz listen and now no one plays it.
Why? Because a spec that has most of its dps from auto-attacks isn’t fun

Everything else is 50apm or less. Stats come from simulation craft.
Assassin rogue at 37 if you want the lowest apm spec

Fury Warrior or DH (without Demon Blades). All other classes have casts, resources, or cooldowns which slow the class down a bit.
Both Fury Warrior and DH have a filler ability with no cost that you will always be using when you don’t have anything else to use.
They both also have high haste priority speeding the spec up even more.
I much prefer the lower APM specs myself. Asdassination rogue and feral Druid are my two favorite dps specs. And BfA BM.

Having a two button spec because you no longer need to generate Maelstrom with it’s builders isn’t really fun. Just fast.
Legion/BfA enhance was terrible. You just hoped that you got lucky resets and good maelstrom generation and just spammed stormstrike or lava lash if it was on cooldown.
Shaman also doesn’t have most of its damage from auto-attacks either, and even if it did how would that be any worse than literal one-button specs like Venthyr Arms Warrior?

i played fury for a while and now i feel like nothing else is “fluid”
i feel like im not playing right if im not mashing keys real fast.
fury broke me.
*its a fun spec, the least fun thing that can happen is having to fill a gcd with whirlwind from time to time, pretty simple.
