Hide weapon when sheathed

I’d really love to finally see a toggle for this. Mostly because of how often 2h weapons crash into/through shoulder models and cloaks.

Toggle whether or not a weapon is shown when sheathed or allow us to pick hip or back.

Then also a toggle for the tabard “flap”.
