Initially, it shouldn’t be locked to either faction, but Alliance may be locked quickly as they are 54/46 at last report from Ironforge.pro.

Ultimately you’ll have three options.

  • Stay on Benediction (PvE and locked)
  • Transfer to Ra-Den (PvE)
  • Transfer to Grobbulus, assuming Alliance is unlocked (RP-PvP)
