Blizzard. Please put the hide helmet and cloak functionality back in the oprtions or let us do that from either the character screen or the collections window. I want to see my character’s face, not whatever throwaway helmet I hapen to be wearing at the moment. Thanks.

The difference is that when it was a part of the UI, I wouldn’t have to stop what I was doing to go back to the Transmog guy to hide my helmet. That weird decision on Blizzard’s part totally screws up my gameplay rhythm. It’s disruptive and it doesn’t add any value to my experience.

I thought this would be a hide pants in disguise. They do have the transmog guy just ask the guards in Orgrimmar, Stormwind, Legion Dalaran, and Oribos gaurds where to find it and it’ll pin the location on your map.
It’s free to hide gear, no gold cost.
I don’t know anything about classic mogging, most likely not going to be introduced til classic Cataclysm.

Uh… wait… what? Are people actually getting upset that someone suggested to bring back an old toggle that would allow them from not meandering to the Transmog NPC each time they get a new helm upgrade as well getting upset at the responses to just go to the npc…?
I mean sure, that greasy eel left port awhile ago, though… a wierd things to get teenage angsty about.

Transmogrification is a mystical powerful magic. Only a select few can master this magic. You, a lowly warlock can’t possibly phantom such powers. This is why we summon those who can, to transmog our toons (the Toy) or gear for a price.
Unequip it if it bothers you. Or pay a transmog NPC.

This isn’t a troll. This has annoyed me for a good while and finally got around to posting the request on the forums.
It doesn’t make sense that they took it out of the options to begin with. Like, someone at Blizzard had to physically alter the code to remove that from the options. Why?
I’m not asking to transmog my gear in the options. I just want that toggle to come back to hide that stuff so I don’t have to worry about going back to the stupid transmog guy just to click one button and then go back to what I was doing. That’s all.

Transmogging costs gold, so they removed the old options because new options were made.

Yeah, that’s a ridiculous solution, though. 120k gold is absurd and I am not going to drop $20 on a WoW token just to buy one.
I really think they should just do what WoW did and every other MMO currently does, and jusy let me click the toggle so I don’t have to try to incorporate this basic feature into my routine.
