Hidden Trove Locked, Cannot Dispell Delver's Bounty

I’ve completed 2 T11s and a T4 and I cannot unlocked the Hidden Trove but can open every other chest. I am at a loss of what to do.

Have the same issue on an alt right now. Did it on my main yesterday with no issues.

I have to assume the answer is yes, but you do have coffer keys, right?

Edit: Nevermind, I am the dumb

to my knowledge, you dont need coffer keys for the hidden chest.

I have the same issue, did a T11, with delvers bounty and can’t loot the hidden trove. I saw a post on reddit that said to log out twice and it worked? Any luck?

Same issue.

I had this occur on two separate characters 24-hours apart. First character completed two T11 delves while having the Delver’s Bounty buff active, both times the “hidden trove” was locked.

Run a delve on a different toon the next day, Underpin arrives, Delver’s Bounty buff active… same issue. Hidden Trove is locked and the delver’s bounty buff. The loot is random, but the 20 gilded crests would be nice.

did delves on 4 characters friday and they all opened fine, i figured they buffed it as the underpin doesn’t EVER show up that often in my experience. Perhaps the classic Blizz move to adjust one thing and screw up another.

Yea I got Hidden Trove chests prior to Saturday. It hasn’t worked on three attempts this weekend, across two characters. Something between Friday and Saturday seems to have broken it.

In true spaghetti-code fashion, I bet the delves hidden trove chest and the AH issues are linked.

I’m having the same issue. On a t11. Logging out doesn’t help.

I had this issue, relogging fixed it for me.

Some folks may need to relog a few times.

Just experienced this on my DK. Looted everything else, Bountiful chest and all. But DB hidden trove is locked. Logged out and back in, switched characters a couple times and nothing works. It had better not used up my DB.

Edit : didn’t use of the DB, but now I guess I’ll run a T8 just to get that. Still annoying. Back in the game had live DMs whom you could call and fix this type of thing.

Edit 2 : Ran a second devle, at T8, Hidden Trove in THAT was locked as well.

Delete all files in your Cache folder (they will automatically recreate themselves); this fixed it for me!

FYI, The chest still says “locked” under the title, but you can click and open it.

Yep. Cache folder deletion is a good thing to do every once in a while.
