Protection Warriors have a hidden artifact appearance from Legion that randomly appears in the Sky Hold. Sometimes it can take months for it to show up.

That is arms. Prot Warriors hidden artifact appearance is in Neltharion’s Vault. The cave system you go into as part of Highmountains questline where you learn about who Ebonhorn actually is.
Arms hidden appearance is from talking to Saurfang who randomly appears in the Warrior Order Hall (Skyhold).

Correct me if I’m wrong, but afaik its random per character. Just because it spawned for you doesn’t mean it spawned for everyone
Yes you’ll be correct in that assumption.
The only way to ‘farm’ it right now is to check daily on your warriors (if you have multiple each have their own chance of proccing it) alternatively if you’re impatient and have too much time on your hands you can spam make the class trials and check and complete the objective if you’ve lucked into them as that will unlock the appearance for your account.
